Margaux Schneider

Trainee lawyer

Margaux Schneider is a trainee lawyer and develops a judicial practice covering all areas of the firm.

 

In 2023, she obtained her bilingual Master’s degree from the Universities of Lausanne and Zurich, graduating magna cum laude.

 

After completing her studies, Margaux Schneider undertook a university internship at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Bern, within the Economic Policy Directorate’s Growth and Competition Policy Division. She subsequently worked as a legal counsel in the same Directorate for three and a half years. Her work focused primarily on competition law, public procurement law and internal market law. In this capacity, she was notably involved in drafting a new federal law on the supervision of State aid and accompanied the legislative project through the various stages of the legislative process. She also published an article on this new legislation.

 

She practices equally as well in French, German or English.
