Emilie Kohler

After obtaining a Bachelor's degree (University of Lausanne) and a Master's degree in Swiss law (University of Berne), she worked as an assistant at the University of Lausanne on courses in judicial organization and procedures and legal methodology, while writing her doctoral thesis on the influences of European law on the interpretation of Swiss law.  

She subsequently qualified as a lawyer and worked as an associate in a Lausanne law firm before joining the legal affairs department of the University of Geneva for just over five years. There, she acquired extensive experience in labor law, civil service law and intellectual property law. 

She joined the firm in June 2023.
