Isabelle Cordey

Isabelle Cordey is primarily active in corporate and commercial law. Her practice covers both legal advice and representation before courts for individuals as well as companies, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business transfers, shareholder relations, and corporate governance.
Driven by a strong interest in environmental and climate issues, she completed an LL.M. degree at the University of Cambridge with a specialization in environmental law. She also practices in administrative law.
Before joining Kasser Schlosser, Isabelle worked as a corporate lawyer at a leading business law firm in Zurich, where she advised on major transactions and complex cases. Her experience also includes international commercial arbitration. She studied at the University of Fribourg and at the East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai), and was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Bern.
Isabelle practices in French, English, and German, and has very good knowledge of Italian.
